Parmotrema mirandum (Hale) Hale, 1974
Diagnostic description:
Parmotrema mirandum is recognized by the yellowish (usnic acid) sorediate thallus with salazinic acid and hypoconstictic acid. The discovery of hypoconstictic acid in this species places it close to Parmotrema masonii, suggesting it as the sorediate pair.
